Otherwise, add in a steam shower and I'm sold on it.

Aside: One thing I want in a shower is a small faucet of just hot water to rinse off a razor with. Where is a urinal though? If it's a guys bathroom there oughta be a urinal. Always seems like a waste to flush a bowl of water for... more liquid.
